Upper Limb Arthroplasty- virtual clinic follow up at 1 year and beyond

Dear all. Following the success of Virtual Orthopaedic Clinic (V.O.C.) following up Hip and Knee Arthroplasty patients, we are now, at Chapel Allerton Hospital in Leeds, exploring whether this model is suitable for Upper Limb Arthroplasty patients. We’ve already made a good start and are collecting metrics for evaluation and service development. Is anyone else using VOC for this group of patients? Sharon Ferdinandus

I would be very interested in how you have introduced and made a success of your Virtual Orthopaedic Clinic (V.O.C.) follow-ups for hip and knee arthroplasty patients as we are intending to implement it for our 1 year follow-ups. We plan to use an all-wales PROM/PREM (which is also used in pre-assessment and includes the oxford score) and evaluation of their x-rays
Which metrics do you collect?
Kind Regards, Karen Lucas.
